1. What WheelIQ is
WheelIQ is an AI-powered garage assistant that helps you plan vehicle modifications, track parts, and organize your builds. Part recommendations are generated with the help of AI and live web search. They are suggestions, not professional mechanical advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your vehicles, build lists, and profile data.
3. Part recommendations and pricing
Prices and availability shown in the app come from third-party listings at the time of search and may change. Always verify fitment, compatibility, and final pricing with the seller before purchasing. WheelIQ is not a party to any transaction between you and a parts seller.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, overloading the service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its AI features.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is." Vehicle modifications can affect safety, warranties, and legality — consult a qualified professional before modifying your vehicle. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelIQ is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or from parts you purchase based on its recommendations.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
